The short version.

HumanLens is a free preview, run by Aretebase LLC. Use it to think through a job or your own résumé. Please don't copy the scores out of it.

What it is. HumanLens gives decision support about jobs and the responsibilities in them. It is not legal, financial or hiring advice, and it never makes a decision about a person. You decide, and you're responsible for how you use a result.
A preview. The scores are an early release and are still being checked against recruiters' judgment. They will change. We don't promise they're complete or right for your situation.
Our scores are ours. The responsibility scores, levels, explanations and results HumanLens produces are the property of Aretebase LLC. You're welcome to use and share your own results, including your shareable card. You may not copy, collect or republish the scores in bulk, or use them to build or train another product or dataset, without written permission.
No scraping or automated access. Don't use bots, scripts or other automated means to run checks, pull results or collect data from the site or its API. We limit how often checks can be run and may block traffic that looks automated.
Hiring rules are yours to follow. If you use a result when hiring in a place that regulates automated hiring tools (for example New York City or Colorado), you're responsible for any notices or audits those rules require.
Your content. You must have the right to use anything you upload or paste. How we handle it is on the Privacy page.
No warranty. The preview is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Aretebase LLC isn't liable for decisions made using it.
